Elite Catering Service will host your event at one of our three elegant banquet halls, or we can provide a tremendous “Off Premise” catering experience at the location of your choice. Elite Catering Service hosts and serves from an outstanding Carved Buffet Menu. At this Elite Catering Service signature event, the chef carves right at the serving line. The pricing includes the choice of three meats, one potato selection, one vegetable selection, choice of two hot dishes from the “Hot and Cold Buffet Menu”, salads rolls, coffee and tea.
